The Hanger Padel reimagines an existing hangar as a temporary private sports and wellness destination designed to bring people together through movement, recreation, and community. Developed as a conceptual proposal for investor presentations, the project transforms an industrial structure into an immersive club experience featuring indoor padel and pickleball courts, wellness spaces, lounge areas, food and beverage amenities, and thoughtfully designed social gathering areas.
The concept embraces the openness of the existing structure, using natural light, flexible planning, and integrated landscaping to create a vibrant environment that extends beyond sport. Every space was designed to encourage interaction, comfort, and an elevated member experience while demonstrating the potential of adaptive reuse as a catalyst for community-focused development.
