La Margarita is a retail interior renovation that transforms an existing commercial space into a fresh, welcoming destination tailored to the client's brand and customer experience. Developed in collaboration with Creando Group, the project balances thoughtful interior design with the technical requirements needed to prepare the space for construction and occupancy.
They Design served as the Architect of Record (AOR), supporting the project through permitting, code compliance, technical documentation, and change of use coordination. Our role was to ensure the design could successfully transition from concept to a buildable, code-compliant project.
