Blue House Residence

Sergio & Luciana's residence transforms an underutilized backyard into a multifunctional outdoor living environment designed for everyday family life and entertaining. The proposal creates a seamless connection between the home's interior and exterior by introducing generous covered living spaces, an outdoor kitchen, shaded dining areas, and dedicated recreational zones.

Designed with Florida living in mind, the project balances comfort, functionality, and modern aesthetics while providing flexible spaces where family and friends can gather, cook, relax, and play throughout the year.

They Design provided full project management from conceptual design through construction. Our multidisciplinary team led the architectural and interior design, developed the construction documents, coordinated the project, and served as both the Architect and Engineer of Record (AOR/EOR) to guide the project from vision to reality.
